My guest for episode #2 is Teresa Wells.
For Teresa being a child of God, a daughter of the King is her number one role. She is also a wife, mom, grandma, mother-in-law, women’s ministry leader, writer, daughter, friend, niece, cousin, neighbor, good listener, avid reader, and a special needs mom.
Teresa had always been a “good church girl” but she came to know Jesus in a real and more personal way when her special needs daughter was born. Teresa and I talked about how God’s love and His strength are made perfect and complete in our suffering. And, how God uses the sudden things and the surprises in life to draw us closer to Him. If life has every hit you with a surprise that made you rethink your faith and have to dig deeper with God and readjust your theology about deals with His children then you will be encouraged by this podcast.
Even if you’ve never faced anything as life changing as raising a special needs child, I’m certain that you will see a little bit of yourself in Teresa story through God’s sacred unifying grace.

Teresa’s motto/ path verse: “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me.” (2 Corinthians 12:9)
Teresa’s mission: To love her family and to be a mentor and teacher to younger women
