“And let us not be weary in well-doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.” Galatians 6:9
Most people think of being weary as getting tired but the Biblical definition as it relates to the Scripture verse means so much more than getting tired.
The Greek definition of “be weary” means to be weak, faint of heart, to bad or of an evil heart. The Bible tells us the an unbelieving heart is an evil heart. To be weary then, is to begin to lose faith. As we being to lose faith we begin to complain and bad things begin to grow in our hearts causing unbelief to take root.
There is a remedy for weariness - waiting on the Lord in a posture of praise! Check out the video to see the entirety of the message.
